Refund Policy

Effective April 27, 2026. Short, plain-English rules so you know exactly where you stand.

The short version

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as no Optimization Report has been generated for your account. Once an Optimization Report has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Eligibility

  • You request the refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
  • No Optimization Report has been generated on your account since the purchase. (Free audits do not count - only the AI-generated Optimization Reports.)
  • Both the monthly and the annual Beta Starter plans are covered by this rule. The annual plan is refundable in full ($276 USD) if no Optimization Report has been generated.

Why this rule

An Optimization Report involves AI usage, third-party keyword data, and several minutes of compute time per request. Once you have received the deliverable, the cost has already been incurred on our side, so the purchase becomes final at that point. Before that, you owe us nothing - ask for the refund and we will issue it.

How to request a refund

Go to the contact form and send us a message with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include:

  • The email address on your AppeakPro account.
  • The approximate date of purchase.
  • (Optional) A short note - we read every reply and it helps us improve the product.

We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) and typically appear on your card or bank statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation (separate from refunds)

You can cancel either subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time after a renewal has been charged.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first - we are very responsive and almost any issue can be resolved within a day or two. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
