It is not a government app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MTO, ICBC, SAAQ, or any provincial or territorial licensing authority. Passing practice questions in this app does not mean you will pass an official knowledge test.

Agreement

By downloading or using RoadReady, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is

RoadReady helps you practise Canadian driving theory in English and French. Content is for education and practice only. Always check the official handbook and testing rules for your province or territory.

Free app and ads

The app is offered free of charge and shows advertisements (Google AdMob) from day one on Android and iOS. Ads fund the free tier. Optional paid upgrades, if offered through Apple or Google, are handled by the store and may remove or reduce ads according to the product description at the time of purchase.

Your responsibilities

Use the app only for lawful personal study.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our app content in a way that violates law or these Terms.
You are responsible for your own driving decisions and for meeting official licensing requirements.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Study materials can contain errors or become outdated when official rules change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appeak Pro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exam-related damages arising from your use of the app, including failing an official test or being denied a licence. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you only used the free version).

App Stores

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores’ terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms between you and Appeak Pro LLC, except where their standard EULA or distribution terms say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
